About
The agency built like we wished agencies were.
“I started Scrollworth after watching clinic owners pay agencies for dashboards full of 'reach' while the calendar stayed half-empty — and watching good clinics get their ad accounts banned over before-and-afters nobody warned them about. So we publish prices, run only compliant creative, track every dollar to booked consults and patients in the chair, and send reports you can read in three minutes. Ad spend goes from your card to the platforms — never through us. And if we don't think we can fill your calendar, we'll tell you on the first call.”

Operating principles
Six rules we don't bend.
Prices on the website
If you have to book a call to learn the price, the price depends on how the call goes. Ours doesn't. Same scope, same price, for everyone.
Capped onboarding
Maximum 4 new clinics a month. Agencies die by overselling capacity; your account shouldn't fund our hiring lag.
Rolling monthly, by design
Lock-ins protect agencies from their own performance. Month-to-month means the work has to speak by every renewal date.
You own everything
Ad accounts, pixels, audiences, customer data, creatives. We work inside accounts you own. Leaving us is a calendar event, not a hostage negotiation.
Patient numbers, reconciled
Platform dashboards flatter themselves. We reconcile against your booking system and report the honest number — booked consults, not platform-claimed clicks.
We say no on the first call
If your margin can't support paid acquisition or your tracking needs fixing first, we'll tell you — and tell you what to do instead.
The pod model
Named humans, not an account-manager curtain.
Every clinic gets a pod of three: a strategist who owns your number, a media buyer who lives in your ad accounts, and a creative lead who owns the testing pipeline. You meet all three at onboarding, and they're who you talk to — there is no client-services layer between you and the people doing the work.
See if we'd say yes to you.
About a third of intro calls end with us recommending something other than hiring us. Find out which third you're in.
