The Growth Audit carries a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of payment, no questions asked. Email hello@scrollworth.com from the address on your invoice and the refund is returned via your original payment method (bank transfer or Wise) within 5–7 business days.

If you start a monthly plan within 30 days of the audit, the $499 is fully credited toward your first month's invoice.

Monthly plans

All plans are rolling monthly engagements billed by USD invoice. You may cancel at any time with 14 days' written notice before your next invoice date; no exit fees apply.

Month-one deliverables guarantee: if we fail to deliver the items scoped in your proposal during your first month, that month is free or refunded — your choice.

On cancellation you retain full ownership and admin access to your ad accounts, pixels, analytics, audiences, customer data, and every creative asset produced during the engagement. Leaving is a calendar event, not a negotiation.

What refunds do not cover

Ad spend paid by you directly to Meta, Google, or other platforms is governed by those platforms' terms and is not refundable by us.

We do not offer refunds based on patient-volume or revenue outcomes. We commit to scoped deliverables and honest weekly reporting; no agency can guarantee specific results, and we won't pretend otherwise.

Invoicing and currency

Invoices are issued in USD by Scrollworth Media LLP (India) as an export of services, with full compliant paperwork. Refunds are returned in USD via the original payment rail; we don't deduct transfer fees on our side.
