What we collect
When you book a call, request a proposal, or submit the contact form, we collect what you give us: name, email, phone/WhatsApp, clinic name and website, and your goal. We don't take card payments on this site; invoices are settled by bank transfer or Wise, so we never see or store your card details.
With consent, we use analytics — Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel — to understand how the site is used and to measure the ad campaigns that bring you here. They load only after you accept cookies.
How we use it
To deliver the services you've asked for, send transactional emails (confirmations, proposals, reports), and respond to enquiries. We send marketing email only if you explicitly opt in, and every such email has an unsubscribe link.
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with processors needed to operate (email delivery; analytics and conversion measurement with Google and Meta; banking/payment rails for invoicing) under their respective data protection terms.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@scrollworth.com. We comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and, for international visitors, honour GDPR-style access and deletion requests.
Data is retained only as long as needed for the engagement, legal and tax compliance, or until you ask us to delete it.
